Yes. During onboarding, your existing unit, resident, tenant, and vehicle information can be brought into the system.
What happens when load-shedding cuts the gate's internet connection?
Gate access can continue locally at the gate hardware. Guest access and resident access can continue according to the estate's configured local access setup, with activity synchronised when connectivity returns.
How do we manage contractors?
Create a maintenance job, attach photos, assign the contractor, follow the work, and keep the completion record with the job.
Can we see which guard performed an action?
Gate overrides, visitor activity, and patrol checkpoints can be linked to the guard who was logged in at the time.
